Vietnamese Style Breakfast : Banh Mi Hoa Ma

Sometimes I have trouble finding breakfast at 7am in the morning, most of the time when I have an early flight to catch, I’ll probably end up at the airport terminal ordering myself an egg mcmuffin. But at Banh Mi Hoa Ma, they open as early as 6am!

Here, think French, think Vietnamese, think French Vietnamese breakfast – Banh Mi (Baguettes) Op La (Fried eggs).

Banh Mi Op La – 2 sunny eggs in a hot pan with ham and vietnamese sausages and caramelised onion.
Their baguettes are light and fluffy and go best with the pate and mayonnaise served on the side, pair them with pickles that comes with the set.
