Everything With Crab : Quan 94

If you’re a crab kinda person (like I am), be sure to visit Quan 94 when you’re in Ho Chi Minh city.

Here, you will find your crab done in various ways : Fried, steamed, stir fried.

Upon arriving, you will find yourself at two similar “Quan 94” – They say that the original is located at No. 84 – but for the purpose of comparison this post is about No. 94.

The new Quan 94.
Crab claw with sauteed onion salt & pepper, which is a must order when you’re here!
Watch them prepare soft-shell crab tempura.
Soft-Shell crab tempura which was fluffly on the outside and juicy on the inside.
This is how they prepare the crab fried rice, tossed with crab meat and roe.
The end product of the crab fried rice, squeeze some lime over to complete the dish.
Thick crab meat soup with egg. Was a tad blend but complemented the other dishes that were strong on flavour.
That sums up the lunch spread for two that cost around 700,000VND.

Will I Return O-Meter : Maybe, it depends if the original is open or closed.
