Newest addition to the Cedele Group – Healthy Food Bakery.
And barely 2 weeks old, 20F Speciality Coffeehouse is located near the now de-funct Lavender Foodcourt where we would all used to go for our midnight fix of wanton mee. Just further down the road, past the famous Pig Organ soup stall.
Maple Granola – Maple Syurp, Greek Yoghurt, Mixed Berries, Honey, Pistachio, Chia Seeds, Chopped Fruits [$12] – I would opt for this if you have a sweet tooth but need to stay “healthy” Duck & Waffle – Duck Confit, Buttermilk Waffle, Strawberry Compote, Mixed Berries Sobert [$22] – The duck on itself was good enough to be served as a dish on its own.
Working on the V60
Full Works – Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, mixed sausages, smashed avocado on house bread with vine tomato [$20] Truffle fries with lemon mayo & chipotle sauce [$12] – One of the better truffles fries in town, though I am personally bias towards skinny fries, they do a pretty decent “middle” cut fries. Orange Cinnamon French Toast – orange-infused cinnamon french toast, crispy streaky bacon, mixed berries, mascarpone, pistachio [$15] – Drizzle honey over to complete. The texture of the french toast was on point, not too dry and chewy – I like mine moist with a little texture ( not too soft and mushy )
Been back here twice ever since the cafe’s grand opening! Keep up the good work 🙂
Will I Return O-Meter : Yup! But not on a rainy day, floods some times happen.
