Located right opposite Beauty World, if you’re coming down from Bukit Timah Road, take the turn in right before Esso Gas station, from there you would have more opportunities to hunt for more parking(free) all the way up to the cafe, located just a few steps from Courts.
What drew me here was “Kaffles” – waffle and drumstick ice cream. Only available at Stirling on Saturday evenings. Crispy King Salmon served with fork crushed potato and creamy dill and leek sauce [$23] – this was satifying, the salmon was done perfectly, and blended well with the cripsy seaweed and mash, will come back just for thisUltimate Grilled Chicken thigh, served with herb tomato sauce, mixed greens and paprika fries [$16] – i’ll skip this, the seasoning wasn’t absorbed by the meat, hence the sauce and the chicken felt seperated from one another.Buttermilk Waffles with Speculoos Cookie Drizzle, Vanilla Bean “Drumstick” topped with Speculoos Cookie Crumbs [$11.90] – came to this cafe specifically for this dish! since they are only available one a week and only for a limited period of time.
Will I Return O-Meter : No for food, Yay for Kaffles.
