Lunch at Tiong Bahru Estate : Open Door Policy

The recently face-lifted ODP (Open Door Concept where diners can view the kitchen) which is currently helmed by Chef Daniele Sperindio (Previously Ryan Clift).

Lobster Veloute – Saffron & Croutons [$20] – Lobster Bisque with a twist, I’ll recommended this.
Roast Barramundi – Dashi Gauzzetto, Shimeji Mushrooms, Sea Aparagus, Lotus Root, Sago [$26] – A pot of healthy soup and crispy barramundi.
Seafood Risotto – Mussles, Scallops, Prawns topped with a Saffron Rouille [$28] – Most importantly, the risotto had soaked up that fresh seafood taste which made this dish a hit.
Chocolate Pistachio Souffle with Creme Anglaise [$18] – I personally prefer my souffle more on the “done” side, the ones at ODP were a rad too moist for my liking.
Will I Return O-Meter : Yes, and I hear they serve good brunch which is unfortunately only available on weekends.
