Located on the 102th Floor of The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, Tin Lung Heen : which literally translates to ‘Dragon in the sky’is touted to be one of the best dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong (if not in the world).
Booking is a must, and I was lucky to get myself a table by the window as I was an in-house guest at the Ritz-Carlton. I’ll recommend sending the concierge an email with your reservation request. First seating is at 11:30am, but in Hong Kong most guest are known to be fashionably, so if you are hoping to get a nice photo in the restaurant, just be on time.
Tin Lung Heen is most famed for their Barbecued Iberian Pork with Honey [316HKD] and you have to order at the very least a tasting portion.
Expect this to be one of the priciest dim sum meal you would have. A party of 3 with 10 dishes costing between 600-800HKD.

Will I Return O-Meter : In my list of top restaurants in Hong Kong.
