No. 10 on Asia’s Best 50 Restaurant in 2016, led by master of Cantonese cuisine Chan Yan Tak. Lung King Heen 龍景軒 is also the world’s 1st 3 Michelin Star chinese restaurant. This restaurant which literally translates to ‘view of the dragon’ in english, is located within Four Seasons hotel in Hong Kong.
For the best dining pleasure, book your tables (WAY) in advance to secure a window seat which has the best view of Victoria Harbour. I was a guest at the Four Seasons hotel, but was unable to get a seat even for lunch at the last minute. So, they are very very popular.
My lunch bill cost close to 2,000HKD for two, which was probably the most expensive dim sum I’ve had, but this is a 3 Michelin Star to say the least.

Will I Return O-Meter : I personally prefer Tin Ling Heen at Ritz-Carlton HK.
