Fusion American Seafood in Daikanyama (Tokyo) : CEDROS

Cedros is an American-style seafood restaurant, using fresh local produce in their dishes. They are most famed for their lobster risotto & uni crostini.

Located within Daikanyama, they are a warm and cosy restaurant with limited seating. Be sure to make reservations in advance, and request for a seat by the counter.

Uni Crostini with Tomato Garlic [1800¥] – Probably one of the best crostini you’ll ever have.

Fried Oysters with Sudachi Tartare Sauce [1200¥], Add-on Uni [800¥] – The oyster alone were yummy enough.

Shrimp & Lotus Root Croquet with Lobster Bisque [1500¥] – Loved this dish, the flavour and crunchinest of the croquet mixed with lobster bisque.
Jerk Jumbo Shrimp with Mash Potato [2900¥] – My least favourite as the spice was too unique for my tastebud and prawns were a little undercooked.

Will I Return O-Meter :Yes, most of the dishes were ace for me.
