Not your usual Sunday brunch at Humpback featuring some my favorites. The must order Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sriracha [S$10] & Fried Egg with Octopus, Orzo and Parmigiano [S$14]. Probably the best buttermilk fried chicken in Singapore. Juicy, succulent, crispy.
Eggs Benedict [S$10 for 1 portion] topped with crab, smashed avocado and torched hollandaise sauce over sourdough toast. Nomz. Love Humpback’s idea of single portions, you get to over order!! And you must order the S$2 a piece Shigoku oysters. The only down side is, only black coffee is available, but hey it’s free flow !!
